The best way to support Pasadena Roving Archers (PRA) is by becoming a member. Without PRA, there would be no classes, no archery tournaments, and no range. Membership dues are needed to pay the city for our use of the range, equipment for classes, and range maintenance.
Benefits of membership:
- No fee for returning archer classes.
- No fee for non-invitational Sunday tournament competition.
- Members are eligible for the PRA’s annual awards. Throughout the year members participate in Sunday tournaments and their scores accumulate and contribute to eligibility for awards in various categories which are presented at our Annual Awards Banquet.
- Members receive The Roving Reporter, our newsletter, which keeps them up to date on club activities, scores, upcoming events, shooting form and equipment hints and tips, and activities in the world of archery.
- Members can participate in the advanced classes.
- When volunteering and reporting your hours through the Volunteer Hours Submittal portal (official record), when you volunteer 10 working hours or more, you receive a $50 discount towards your 2024 membership purchase. (Junior and Collegiate Memberships do not apply).
PRA offers the following membership options:
- Individual Membership
- Individual Membership dues are $150 annually.
- Members who work and officially record a minimum of 10 volunteer hours will receive a $50 discount towards 2024 membership purchase.
- Family Membership
- Family Membership dues are $200 annually.
- Members who work and officially record a minimum of 10 volunteer hours will receive a $50 discount towards 2024 membership.
- Junior Membership (under 18 years of age)
- Junior dues are $75 annually.
- Collegiate Membership (Enrolled in college or university)
- Collegiate dues are $75 annually.
- This is a nonvoting class and members of this class are not eligible to serve on the PRA Board of Directors; however, upon paying their third consecutive semester dues, Collegiate Members may convert their membership to an Individual Membership with all benefits and privileges of that class.
