The Traditional Tournament is one of the most anticipated competitions offered at the PRA every year! It is an unmarked distance, 2 arrows per target, 3D archery tournament for archers using traditional archery tackle (recurve & longbows) without the use of sights, stabilizers over 12″, mechanical releases, etc. You’ll find many unique target set-ups and novelty shots at this competition, such as Moving Targets, Timed-Shots, Steel Turkey, Blind Shots and many others! Often a Raffle and Silent Auction takes place during the award ceremony. Awards are presented for top performances in all age groups.

No compound bows are permitted.

The 2019 “Trad Tournament” will be held on Sunday, October 20th. Sign-in starts at 7:30 AM, shooting begins at 9:00.
